- 400g baking mix
- 350 ml water
Preparation steps:
- Mix – Combine the baking mix with water and let it soak for 2 minutes.
- Shaping – Shape a loaf of bread or rolls with damp hands.

- in the oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat, not preheated)
- Baking time: approx. 60 min. (rolls) / 80 min. (loaf of bread)
- Alternatively, dry raw: at 42 °C for 8–10 hours, to a height of approximately 3–4 cm.
Enjoy – Let it cool, slice it and top as desired.
