How do I prepare the spirulina bread mix?

Ingredients:

  • 400g baking mix
  • 350 ml water

Preparation steps:

  1. Mix – Combine the baking mix with water and let it soak for 2 minutes.
  2. Shaping – Shape a loaf of bread or rolls with damp hands.
  3. Bake -
    • in the oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat, not preheated)
    • Baking time: approx. 60 min. (rolls) / 80 min. (loaf of bread)
    • Alternatively, dry raw: at 42 °C for 8–10 hours, to a height of approximately 3–4 cm.

Enjoy – Let it cool, slice it and top as desired.
