Seaweed pasta is an innovative type of pasta made from only three ingredients: wholemeal spelt semolina, water and seaweed .

Our varieties contain spirulina and dulse – two types of algae known for their special nutrient content and characteristic aroma.

➤ Unlike conventional pasta, seaweed pasta provides an extra portion of protein, iron, iodine and minerals – ideal for a conscious diet.

What makes spirulina pasta so special?

Spirulina is a nutrient-rich blue-green algae and is known for:

Our pasta is handcrafted in the INO culinary workshop in Germany :

  • Organic wholegrain spelt semolina from Germany
  • Spirulina & Dulse from controlled organic cultivation in Europe
  • Gentle drying at low temperatures to preserve nutrients and raw food quality

How do I prepare seaweed noodles?

  • Pasta shape: Casarecce Rigate – quick cooking
  • Cooking time: 5–6 minutes in plenty of salted water
  • Tip: Briefly rinse with cold water to preserve color and bite.

How can I use seaweed pasta?

  • Classic : With olive oil, white pepper & nutmeg – pure seaweed enjoyment
  • With seaweed pesto : Highlights the flavors of the spirulina and dulse pasta.
