How do I prepare the HMD smoothie?
According to Anthony William:
- 1 tsp dulse powder
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tsp barley grass juice powder
- 2 cups wild blueberries (or 1 tsp powder)
- 2 bananas
- 3 oranges
- 1 handful of fresh coriander
- 1 cup of water
➤ Blend everything – your detox smoothie is ready. Fresh fruit can also be replaced with frozen fruit.
What are the benefits of adding fruit to a smoothie?
