Green lemon and banana dessert with spirulina

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 2 ripe bananas
- Pulp from 4 lemons (including some juice)
- 1 tbsp spirulina flakes
- Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or agave nectar (for mild sweetness)
- Optional: Lemon zest or mint for garnish
preparation
- Carefully remove the pulp from the lemon halves – we save the peels to fill them with the dessert later.
- Blend peeled bananas and lemon pulp with spirulina flakes in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Sweeten and season to taste, if desired.
- Pour into dessert glasses, garnish with lemon zest or mint and serve cold.

Adding frozen bananas makes a refreshing, creamy ice cream – perfect for warm days.
