Grünes Zitronen-Bananen-Dessert mit Spirulina

Green lemon and banana dessert with spirulina

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
Cooling time (optional): 10–15 minutes

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Pulp from 4 lemons (including some juice)
  • 1 tbsp spirulina flakes
  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or agave nectar (for mild sweetness)
  • Optional: Lemon zest or mint for garnish

preparation

  1. Carefully remove the pulp from the lemon halves – we save the peels to fill them with the dessert later.
  2. Blend peeled bananas and lemon pulp with spirulina flakes in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth.
  3. Sweeten and season to taste, if desired.
  4. Pour into dessert glasses, garnish with lemon zest or mint and serve cold.

💡Tip:
Adding frozen bananas makes a refreshing, creamy ice cream – perfect for warm days.
