Plum and turmeric radish

A spicy and fruity radish with plums, turmeric, garlic, and spirulina that develops its full aroma after three days of marinating. Served with a creamy coconut sauce, it creates a unique, nutrient-rich superfood dish.

Plum and turmeric radish

🕒 Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Steeping time: 3 days

Ingredients

  • 200 g radish, sliced
  • 10 g plums (dried or fresh, depending on taste)
  • 10 g garlic (approx. 3 cloves)
  • 10 g fresh turmeric (with peel)
  • 10 g spirulina (powder or flakes)
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 400 g coconut yoghurt (approx. 1 cup)

preparation

  • Finely chop plums, garlic, turmeric, spirulina and soy sauce in a food processor.
  • Place the radish slices in a bowl and mix well with the mixture.
  • Cover with cling film and let it steep in a cool place for 3 days .
  • Then separate the radish and the filling .
  • Mix the filling with the coconut yogurt – this creates a creamy, aromatic sauce.
  • Serve the radish with the coconut sauce and enjoy!
