Refreshing berry and banana ice cream with seaweed
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 150g frozen wild blueberries
- 10 g fresh parsley
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp dulse powder
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients one after the other into a high-powered blender and blend.
- If the mixture is too firm, add more water a little at a time.
- Pour the finished mixture into ice cream molds and freeze for 2-4 hours.
Notes
For extra freshness, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or a few mint leaves. For more sweetness, blend in 1-2 pitted dates.
