Breakfast Superfood Bowl

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serving size: 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp spirulina granules
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50 ml rice milk
  • 1 peach or nectarine
  • 3 strawberries or other seasonal fruit
  • 7 raspberries or other seasonal fruit
  • 2 fingertips of cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. The night before, stir chia seeds into rice milk (or water) and refrigerate.
  2. Soak the almonds in water the night before (do not refrigerate).
  3. The next morning, mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Add lemon juice and spirulina and mix everything well.
  4. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place them in the bowl.
  5. Rinse almonds with clean water. Stir chia seeds until a homogeneous mass is formed and add to the bowl.

Tip

Vary the fruit according to season and taste. Optionally, add 1 tablespoon of honey and combine the cinnamon with cardamom, nutmeg, or vanilla.
