Breakfast Superfood Bowl

Serving size: 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp spirulina granules
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 50 ml rice milk
- 1 peach or nectarine
- 3 strawberries or other seasonal fruit
- 7 raspberries or other seasonal fruit
- 2 fingertips of cinnamon powder
Instructions
- The night before, stir chia seeds into rice milk (or water) and refrigerate.
- Soak the almonds in water the night before (do not refrigerate).
- The next morning, mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Add lemon juice and spirulina and mix everything well.
- Cut the fruit into small pieces and place them in the bowl.
- Rinse almonds with clean water. Stir chia seeds until a homogeneous mass is formed and add to the bowl.
Tip
Vary the fruit according to season and taste. Optionally, add 1 tablespoon of honey and combine the cinnamon with cardamom, nutmeg, or vanilla.
