Oat and banana cookies with chocolate chips and spirulina
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 120 g delicate rolled oats
- 1 egg (optional, can be omitted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20 g coconut chips
- 40g chocolate drops or chocolate cut into small pieces
- 3 tbsp spirulina crumble
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
- Mash the bananas well in a bowl using a fork.
- Optionally add the egg and mix well.
- Stir in the rolled oats, cinnamon, coconut chips and chocolate drops until a moist, malleable dough is formed.
- Using a spoon, place small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them slightly.
- Bake the cookies for 15–18 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown.
- Let it cool and enjoy.
