Ginger-lemon-apple chlorophyll juice

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 apples
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

Instructions

  1. Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Organic produce can be used unpeeled.
  2. Chop all the ingredients into small pieces, put them in the juicer and enjoy fresh.

Notice

For best results, drink this juice every morning for 1-2 weeks. Possible initial detox symptoms include hot flashes, minor skin rashes, or faster digestion. If these persist for more than 3-4 days, reduce the spirulina dose.
