Ginger-lemon-apple chlorophyll juice
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 apples
- 1 small piece of ginger
- ½ lemon
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
Instructions
- Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Organic produce can be used unpeeled.
- Chop all the ingredients into small pieces, put them in the juicer and enjoy fresh.
Notice
For best results, drink this juice every morning for 1-2 weeks. Possible initial detox symptoms include hot flashes, minor skin rashes, or faster digestion. If these persist for more than 3-4 days, reduce the spirulina dose.
