Chocolate-banana-coconut smoothie – with Joy Potion

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • bananas
  • 3 tsp Ayurvedic Drinking Chocolate – Joy Potion
  • 400 ml rice milk
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth for about 1 minute.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

Dose the Joy Potion teaspoons according to the desired cocoa flavor and effect:

  • 1 spoonful = awakens the senses
  • 2 spoons = opens the heart
  • 3 spoons = letting go of joy

Tip: Rice milk goes particularly well with Joy Potion as a plant-based milk alternative. A true mineral and trace element booster drink:

  • Bananas provide potassium
  • Coconut milk (and spirulina) provides iron
  • Cocoa provides magnesium

Best served freshly blended. Also suitable as a thirst-quenching smoothie with varying amounts of water.
