Spirulina Energyballs mit Kakao

Spirulina energy balls with cocoa

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooling time (optional): 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 80 g almonds
  • 70g cashews
  • 120 g dates (pitted, soaked if necessary)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina crumbles or powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp Lion's Mane Elixir
  • 1–2 tablespoons of water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the almonds and cashews in a blender.
  2. Add dates, cocoa, spirulina, lion's mane, coconut oil and water if necessary, and process into a sticky mass.
  3. Form 10-12 balls from the mixture.
  4. Optionally, roll in coconut, cocoa or spirulina crumbs.
  5. For better firmness, chill briefly in the refrigerator or enjoy immediately.
