Spirulina energy balls with cocoa
Spirulina energy balls made from dates, almonds, cashews and cocoa – vegan, nutrient-rich energy balls as a healthy snack.
Spirulina energy balls with cocoa

Cooling time (optional): 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 80 g almonds
- 70g cashews
- 120 g dates (pitted, soaked if necessary)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp spirulina crumbles or powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp Lion's Mane Elixir
- 1–2 tablespoons of water (as needed)
Instructions
- Finely chop the almonds and cashews in a blender.
- Add dates, cocoa, spirulina, lion's mane, coconut oil and water if necessary, and process into a sticky mass.
- Form 10-12 balls from the mixture.
- Optionally, roll in coconut, cocoa or spirulina crumbs.
- For better firmness, chill briefly in the refrigerator or enjoy immediately.
