Spirulina Green Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- 2 stalks of celery (optional)
- 100g spinach or lamb's lettuce
- 1 leaf of kale (optional)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 1 banana (preferably sliced and frozen)
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (preferably sprouted)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-performance blender.
- Mix on the highest setting for at least 1 minute until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Spoon slowly and chew thoroughly to aid digestion.
