Ingredients

  • 2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 2 stalks of celery (optional)
  • 100g spinach or lamb's lettuce
  • 1 leaf of kale (optional)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 1 banana (preferably sliced ​​and frozen)
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (preferably sprouted)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-performance blender.
  2. Mix on the highest setting for at least 1 minute until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  3. Spoon slowly and chew thoroughly to aid digestion.
