Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp hulled sesame seeds
- 1 shallot
- 2 handfuls of wakame seaweed
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
Instructions
- Cut cucumbers into noodles using a spiralizer. Alternatively, use a vegetable peeler, mandoline, or grater.
- Add spirulina powder and mix well until the cucumber noodles are evenly green.
- Mix in hulled hemp seeds and sesame seeds.
- Sprinkle wakame seaweed over the top – it adds a natural, slightly salty flavor.
Tip
A drizzle of oil and some grated lemon zest go perfectly with it. And there you have it: cucumber spaghetti!
