Spirulina Gurke Nudeln

Spirulina, cucumber, pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 3 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp hulled sesame seeds
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 handfuls of wakame seaweed
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumbers into noodles using a spiralizer. Alternatively, use a vegetable peeler, mandoline, or grater.
  2. Add spirulina powder and mix well until the cucumber noodles are evenly green.
  3. Mix in hulled hemp seeds and sesame seeds.
  4. Sprinkle wakame seaweed over the top – it adds a natural, slightly salty flavor.

Tip

A drizzle of oil and some grated lemon zest go perfectly with it. And there you have it: cucumber spaghetti!
