Ingredients
- 10 g spirulina flakes
- 150g red lentils or yellow lentils
- 1–2 shallots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp Madras curry
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Cook the red lentils in a pot with approximately twice the amount of water over medium heat until soft (about 15 minutes). Finally, drain off any excess water.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the shallots.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon – no mixing required.
Tips
The spices can be adjusted to taste, for example with paprika or chili. Yellow lentils can also be used instead of red lentils, as they have a similar cooking time. Larger lentils will take longer to cook, so it is recommended to soak them beforehand.
